What kind of commissions I do:

These are examples of what I have done in the past. I am always open to tackle new ideas and concepts!

Portraits - I have painted portraits from provided photographs, from life and from imagination. Can mix it up too!
Family Pets - Especially have a soft spot for drawing dogs and birds.
Character Design - I have been asked to design roleplay/game and story characters.
Costume Design - I love creating costumes! The more layers the better! One of my previous jobs was to design a Polish bellydance costume that was inspired by traditional Polish folk dresses.
Concept Art - Work within the RPG book industry has required me to design things like: monsters, structures, landscapes, buildings and weapons.
RPG/Tabletop Roleplay Illustrations - I have drawn and painted scenes from roleplaying events.
Graphic Novels - I collaborate with writers to create both short stories and whole graphic novels.
Original Paintings - Sometimes a slightly different commission can come along where I can be asked to paint something that can't really be easily categorized. But it tends to be a mix of the above.
Tattoo Designs - To have a design etched onto a persons skin is a very special kind of honour.
Publishing Contracts - I have had jobs within the RPG book industry. (More info below)


Companies I've worked with:

George Bayntun - Fine Bindings and Rare Books - I was commissioned to do a few days worth of reportage drawing at one of Britain's last family-owned traditional binderies. I came in with the book-binders in the morning and would sketch on-site in the back workshop until closing time. To see some (bad quality) photos of my sketches on display in the shop click here!. Mongoose Publishing - Provided five black and white illustrations for a book in the Glorantha fantasy RPG line. The publication is titled: The Abiding Book.
Myling Spel - Produced three black and white gouache paintings on a short deadline for the Swedish roleplaying book En Garde! III.
Kaleidoskop - My most recent publishing contract was for the book Magneter och Mirakel where I was asked to provide 10 interior illustrations and help out with the graphic design.


Examples of pricing:

I tend to often judge price on two major factors: The materials used, and how long it will take to produce. Here are some previous jobs and what I was paid for them, just to give an idea, but it must be stressed that each and every project is different, so prices can always be negotiatied.

A5 monochrome portrait painting, no background - £40
A3 full colour character design with background - £150
A2 full colour painting - £300

I sign the artwork and post it to you. The postage and packaging is included in the price.
